Naulikha requested for more time to consult the DPP on whether Sarah Wairimu lawyer
Philip Murgor the gazette notice appointing him as a public prosecutor was
revoked or he is a state prosecutor.
The prosecution also wants the Sarah Wairimu’s lawyers cited for
contempt in Tob Cohen murder trial over remarks made during his burial despite the
ruling by Lady Justice

ReplyDeleteThe Prosecution today confirmed that Philip Murgor appointment as public prosecutor with a Gazette notice dated 15/1/2019 has has not been revoked and therefore cannot represent Wairimu. The High Court Judge Justice Stella Mutuku to rule on wairimu representation on 3/10/2019
